Rotating assembly is not a matching Serial number to the base. The RA came out of a wastewater plant as their spare backup. It appeared to have been rebuilt by Alfa and never used since then.

60HP VISCOTHERM Hydraulic Pump pack with manual knobs - self regulating boost to keep solids consistent and keep machine from packing off
Capable of about 1-15 RPM Differential Range
Full torque capabilities at low RPM which you don't get with Electric BD setups
Speed Sensors read back to the control panel
Controls built by Specialty Controls who specializes in Sharples controls for the past 20-30 years (or more), his panels are tried and tested and best in the industry for Sharples machines!
New HMI cabinet that can be remote mounted in process area
53’ Semi Trailer included (Trailer is 10’ wide)
Roof is removable to pull out the RA
Hydraulics were fully reconditioned by R&C Valve and then ran on 1 pilot job for about 1 week
RA probably just needs bearings and seals, but we have not pulled the scroll to confirm condition, it appeared to be rebuilt by Alfa and then sat unused as a spare by the wastewater plant
Controls are unused and Specialty controls just modified & tested them to pair with the hydraulic pump pack
This is going to be a VERY nice and reliable unit for whoever gets it
